Movie Nights: Cinespia 2017 Schedule at Hollywood Forever Cemetery

With summer just around the corner, you might be looking for fun activities to enjoy while in Los Angeles. Lucky for you, the city thrives during the summer and there is much to do in the area. If you enjoy movies, consider attending an outdoor movie screening hosted by Cinespia at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Take a look at the Cinespia 2017 schedule as soon as you can!

Hollywood Forever Cemetery is an iconic destination in the heart of Los Angeles. Some of the biggest names of Hollywood’s golden age are buried here, including Cecil B. DeMille, Judy Garland and Mickey Rooney, as well as rock star Chris Cornell, who will be buried on May 26.

During Cinespia’s summer movies series, you can spread a blanket on the cemetery lawn and enjoy the outdoors while a movie is projected onto the side of a giant mausoleum. Feel free to bring along a picnic dinner and snacks to enjoy during the movie.

Cinespia 2017 Schedule

On Saturday, May 27, head to the Hollywood Forever Cemetery and enjoy Alfred Hitchcock’s classic thriller, North by Northwest. The film starring Cary Grant begins at 8:30 p.m. and doors open at 6:45 p.m. On Sunday, May 28, enjoy the hilarious 90s classic Clueless starring Alicia Silverstone, Stacey Dash and Brittany Murphy.
